Design Build Solutions has more than 25 years’ experience designing and building seniors’ living communities across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Ontario. To date, we’ve delivered more than 70 nursing and retirement living home projects for our clients on time and on budget.

Our success can be attributed to the care and focus we place on the needs and wants of the residents who call our developments home. We ensure every project we take on results in residents feeling at home and included in their community. We design and build with residents in mind, and we do not waver in our commitment to deliver quality residential environments.

At Design Build Solutions, we seek every opportunity to continue to improve. We research and invite innovative concepts and technologies into our newest projects. We actively pursue and incorporate feedback from those who live and work in the communities we have built. Residents, families, employees, project partners, vendors, and sub-contractors are all important stakeholders in each one of our projects.
