Manager of Estimating & Drawing Control

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this position is accountable for closing the gap in accuracy between initial estimates and final project outcomes (cost & schedule) as well as building the systems and processes needed for effective management of construction drawing flow, reliable costing data, vendor and trade partner pipelines.

Director of Construction Finance & Accounting

Serving as the primary liaison between the leadership team and stakeholders, this role is charged with presenting comprehensive financial and non-financial data, identifying risks, offering insights, and delivering recommendations that drive forward-looking decision-making. The focus lies on optimizing operational and financial performance, enhancing efficiency, and productivity.

Senior Site Coordinator

You will be responsible for the organization and management of records and information needed to ensure decisions related to the construction progress are based on the most accurate and up-to-date information. You will keep the project and all related processes operating smoothly and on schedule from concept to client handover.

Site Superintendent

The Site Superintendent is responsible for the management and oversight of the project site including, but not limited to, safety, quality, scheduling and trade coordination and problem solving.
