Nestled on the grounds of the Université du Moncton and centrally located near shops, walking trails and cafés, Faubourg du Mascaret is a French retirement community honouring Acadian history and providing exceptional lifestyle options that meet the unique needs of each resident. A campus-style development that includes five residences, with a total of 315 suites, to accommodate a range of services and supports. Beginning with Pavilion Leblanc, Pavilion Cormier and Pavilion Richard which opened in 2017, the campus grew when Pavilion Gallant opened in 2019 and Pavilion Landry opened in 2020.

In addition to the residences, ACL Design Build Solutions Limited worked with the Université de Moncton and gerontology experts to design and build an innovative and collaborative learning environment for health services students studying aging and related health services.
