The Parkland Antigonish project was a significant partnership development. Design Build Solutions had the opportunity to work closely with the Sisters of Saint Martha, to develop a new home for Congregation and for the community, that would deliver safe, modern and harmonious retirement living accommodations along with long term care.

A design first for DBS; our team was able to incorporate eight large stained-glass windows from the Congregation’s dated Bethany Motherhouse building into a Heritage Gallery constructed onsite as part of this unique development.

Parkland Antigonish is located within the picturesque, historical town of Antigonish and features gardens and paved walking paths. Other amenities include a chapel, library, private dining, fitness centre, and games room. Design Build Solutions is proud to be the building partner of Parkland.
