Station Yards

Station Yards is situated in the eastern portion of Moncton’s Station Yards, a destination community in New Brunswick. 

This multi-phase development includes Parkland Station Yards, three 60-bed nursing homes operated by Shannex Enhanced Care, and a master-planned community being developed in collaboration with local developers and the City of Moncton. 

Parkland Station Yards offers independent and supportive lifestyle options, along with intergenerational connection through building design, community partnerships, on-site services and programming. For Parkland Station Yards residents and those living nearby, an Allbright Club membership will provide access to amenity spaces such as a gym, wellness clinic, dining venues and more. The design also includes short-term stay space for families and visitors seeking a fully furnished suite.

Shannex Enhanced Care operates three licensed long-term care communities at the Station Yards Shannex campus: Gordon Hall and Ocean Hall (opened in 2023) and Garraway Hall (opened 2024). The 180 residents living on this campus are connected through DBS’ industry-leading Main Street design, a charming indoor space that offers a nostalgic small-town atmosphere, fostering connection between residents.

Station Yards has been consciously designed to align with Shannex’s commitment to be a leader in energy management. Established processes, following Shannex’s ISO 50001 Certification, ensure waste, consumables, and water are managed in accordance with industry leading benchmarks. DBS was proud to be involved with the Station Yards development, which brings new development opportunities to Moncton.
